Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing times, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Some remote areas and parts of Asia may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Policy Overview

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the date you received them. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all players, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products due to potential use and wear that affects their integrity:

  • ASA/USA Slowpitch Bats
  • Baseball Bats
  • Fastpitch Softball Bats
  • Senior Slowpitch Bats
  • USSSA Slowpitch Bats
  • Batting Gloves (if removed from original packaging)

These items are only eligible for return if they are defective and are returned in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information quickly.
  2. Wait for Approval & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include your copy of the order confirmation or a note with your order number and RMA number. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).

Refund Timelines and Methods

Once your return is approved:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. In your email, clearly state the item you would like to exchange for. We will process the exchange once the original item is received. If the exchange item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference.
