3. Orders and Payment

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This represents our acceptance of your order and formation of a contract. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

International Orders:

We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking:

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

Return Period:

Most new, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• ASA/USA Slowpitch Bats
• Baseball Bats
• Fastpitch Softball Bats
• Senior Slowpitch Bats
• USSSA Slowpitch Bats
• Batting Gloves (if removed from original packaging)

These items are only eligible for return if defective and returned in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for approval and instructions (including RMA number)
3. Ship the item to our returns address with all original packaging

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
